Meet the Hummingbird x British Racing Motors’ single-speed belt-drive bike.

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of BRM’s World Championship Constructors title, we have collaborated on a limited edition bike that embodies ‘when old meets new’.

This exclusive bike encapsulates the DNA of both BRM and Hummingbird, with unmistakable design, exceptional engineering, innovative materials and handcrafted in Britain.

A Nod to British Motorsports History

With BRM being Britain’s original F1 team and one of only two constructors to win the World Championship with a car that they designed and built themselves, the Hummingbird collaboration is a nod to BRM’s glorious motorsports history:

Size and Weight

The folding bike weighs just 6.9 kg, with compact folded dimensions (117x60x20 centimetres - 46x23x8 inches) for effortless portability for city-dwellers and commuters.

Advanced Belt-Drive System

The progressive high-performance belt is formed of a weather-resistant polyurethane exterior and strong, stretch-free carbon fibre tensile cords - designed to meet the demands of every cyclist.

High-Performance Tyres

A striking tri-spoke carbon wheelset houses high-performance Schwalbe Kojak tyres, with Kevlar bead, puncture protection and a reflective band for high visibility.

Innovative Flax Plant Fibre Frame

Sustainable and stylish, the BRM collaboration bike is crafted with our pioneering flax plant fibre material. Unique from all previous flax bikes, this is the first custom-painted frame with a window exposing the distinct lacquered flax. 

Brooks Leather Saddle and Handlebars

The saddle’s chrome-plated steel rails and frame offer the perfect blend of strength and style. Handmade using 100-year-old techniques and the finest vegetable-tanned leather.

Full carbon handlebars, 520mm wide with a 50mm rise to allow adjustment of reach, also encased in Brooks leather handles to match the custom seat.
